Who can apply? Students of MBBS, Nursing, Radiology, Physiotherapy or students from any faculties of medical science
Program Duration: Minimum two weeks to 20weeks
The healthcare system in Nepal remains in a relatively primitive state. The landscape comprises both private and public hospitals spanning the entire country. However, the rural regions of Nepal notably lag behind in terms of healthcare provisions. A notable challenge stems from the dearth of essential medical equipment and adequately trained healthcare professionals.
In light of this, we extend an invitation to students pursuing or having completed their MBBS, Nursing, Radiology, Physiotherapy or students from any faculties of medical science to partake in a valuable medical elective experience within Nepali hospitals. Our connections extend to esteemed institutions such as TU Teaching Hospital, Kanti Children Hospital, and the Leprosy Center. As part of this program, we offer comfortable hostel accommodations inclusive of two daily meals, ensuring that your focus remains steadfastly on your medical pursuits.
